Getting back in shape....

So due to me moving this summer *collective awwww*  and I want to be in shape and I'm going to do this with my little sister, my plan for this...
Monday: Run 2 miles (If I can :p)

Tuesday: Abs

  • Sit-ups
  • Squats 
  • Crunches
  • Wall-Sits
  • Other stuff

Wednesday: Bike


Thursday: Cross-Fit


Friday: Yoga
