Getting back in shape....

So due to me moving this summer *collective awwww*  and I want to be in shape and I'm going to do this with my little sister, my plan for this...
Monday: Run 2 miles (If I can :p)

Tuesday: Abs

  • Sit-ups
  • Squats 
  • Crunches
  • Wall-Sits
  • Other stuff

Wednesday: Bike


Thursday: Cross-Fit


Friday: Yoga

Broken Ankle

Well I did done broke my ankle about two months ago and my doc gave the okay for exercise, joyful, marching band starts next week but I'm going to try a few things from pop sugar fitness a website I found from pintrest, like this http://www.fitsugar.com/Beginner-CrossFit-Workout-25681291

First day of Tennis

First day of tennis didn't suck ran around our local park after practice when I stayed for my older sister practice, not half bad at tennis, at least I wasn't as bad as a thought I would be.

My Life

So my life this past couple of months has consisted of School, basketball, Seminary, church, TV, FB, Pintrest, Book Club/reading, Band (french horn, symphonic band as a freshman!), Student Council, FBLA and a bunch of other random everyday stuff.
I am about to start tennis with the same coaches who coached basketball and my older sister
I have a mom and dad who love me and 3 sisters, tow older(16&20) and one younger(9) that are all overachievers like me-self.    
I enjoy good clean fun with my friends, and spur of the moment crafts I probably won't finish.
I know I am a child of  God and that I can do anything
