- Squats
- Crunches
- Wall-Sits
- Other stuff
Wednesday: Bike
Thursday: Cross-Fit
Friday: Yoga

As a 15 year old girl I have a busy life that includes marching band, church, honors classes, an early morning seminary class, basketball, HHRB(basically a nerdy book club) ect.
